Hey everyone! For those wishing to participate in next semester's session, please read the following information: RETURNING STUDENTS: We will be sending out an email later today asking if students plan on participating in next semester's session. Please reply to this email if you intend to participate in the 2017 Winter session, and please include any new information you believe we should be aware of (eg. If you would like a new lesson time or a new instructor). If for some reason you do not receive this email and would like to participate again, you can head to the registration page on the website, or send us an email to confirm your spot. Thanks everyone and we look forward to seeing everyone at our last lesson this weekend! |

**OCT 16 LESSON TIME CHANGE**
Welcome back parents and students! Lessons will begin in full swing this Sunday, October 16. FOR THIS WEEK ONLY lessons will be running from 11-1:30. That means if you would normally have a 9am lesson, your lesson on Sunday, October 16 will be at 11am. Lessons will be running at their usual time (9am-11:30am) starting next week and for the rest of the semester.
Parent Meet and Greet, Fee Payment and Document Completion October 15
As an opportunity for parents and students to meet with their swim instructors outside of the pool before lessons start, SwimAbility Montreal will be holding a parent meet and greet on Saturday, October 15. This will be an opportunity to discuss any goals for the semester, discuss any information the student or the instructor might need before getting in the pool, and just get to know each other before lessons are in full swing! As well, it will be at time time you will have the opportunity to pay the $20 fee for the semester, as well as complete the two necessary forms. Parents should receive an email from SwimAbility Montreal with specific details as to what time to arrive for the Meet and Greet. We look forwarding to seeing you!

Fall 2016 Registration is now open! You can access the form from the Registration link on the lefthand side. If you are having trouble accessing the form send us an email at montreal@swimability.org or send us a Facebook message. Please note that once we reach capacity we will close the registration form and open the waiting list form.
Prospective instructors can expect to see applications open at the beginning of September. More announcements will be made on the Facebook page leading up to September.

Dear Making Waves Parents,
We've had quite the semester and a great year... however unfortunately we've just been notified by the CEGEP the strike is continuing and will not likely be over by the end of the semester. Next week is our last lesson of the year and at unfortunately we have not been able to successfully secure a pool for the last two lessons.

We understand that half of the lessons from the winter term were cancelled and would like to offer the opportunity for you to request a refund. If you would like a refund of $10 please fill out this form and we will send you the money through mail.
I just want to extend a huge thank you on behalf of the entire Making Waves Montreal team and instructors for your continued patience and understanding. We had an amazing semester and year. I can say for certain that all our instructors had a great time teaching your children and they are looking forward to next year.
Lessons will resume mid September 2012 and we will send out an information form during the summer about early registration and details about the following year. For the summer, we are compiling a list of instructors who will be in the Montreal area and willing to teach over the summer, and will distribute this list shortly.
